Title: Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic Vinaigrette

1 | lb | Firm large asparagus |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
3 | tb | Fine balsamic vinegar |
Fresh black pepper |
Wash, dry, and trim asparagus. Toss lightly with olive oil. Roll across heated grill to cook until done (approximately 2 to 5 minutes). Remove from grill, toss with balsamic vinegar and a grate of black pepper. Serve.
