Title: Salmon in Dill & Lemon Sauce

1 | lg | Salmon filet -OR- |
4 | sm | Salmon steaks |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
pn | Salt and white pepper | |
pn | Paprika | |
1 | tb | Butter |
1 | tb | Cornstarch |
Juice of 1 lemon | ||
1/2 | c | Finely chopped fresh dill |
Poach fish in water with salt, pepper and paprika. When fully cooked, remove fish from pan. Add butter to liquid. When melted, add cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water. When sauce becomes translucent, add lemon juice and dill. Bring to a boil and pour over salmon.
Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed asparagus.
