Title: Italian Meat Ball Stew

1 1/2lbLean ground beef
1/2cFine bread crumbs
2 Beaten eggs
1/4cMilk
2tbGrated Parmesan cheese
1ts;Salt
1/8tsGarlic salt
1/4ts;Pepper
2 Carrots; peeled and cut into 1-inch slices
6ozCan tomato paste
1c;water
1cBeef bouillon
1/2tsOregano
1tsSeasoned salt
1/2tsBasil
10ozPackage frozen Italian-style vegetables; partially thaw

Combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Form into 2-inch balls. Put carrots in bottom of crockpot. Arrange meat balls over them. Combine tomato paste, water, bouillon, oregano, seasoned salt, and basil. Pour over meat and carrots. Cover and cook 4 - 6 hours. Turn to high. Add vegetables. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until veggies are tender.
