Title: Herb Marinade for Chicken

1/3 | c | Bottled lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Vegetable oil |
2 | Garlic cloves, finely chopped | |
1 1/2 | ts | Fresh thyme leaves -OR- |
1/2 | ts | Dried thyme leaves |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | lb | Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves |
In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, thyme and salt. Mix well. In a shallow dish or resealable plastic storage bag, place chicken. Add marinade. Cover or close tightly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill (or broil) chicken about 20 minutes, until fully cooked.
