Title: Macaroni with Sour Cream & Oregano

1/2 | lb | Elbow macaroni |
1 | c | Dairy sour cream |
4 | | Eggs, separated |
1 | tb | Oregano, finely chopped |
| | Salt, pepper to taste |
1 | tb | Black olives, pitted,chopped |
Cook and drain the macaroni. Combine sour cream and lightly beaten egg
yolks, season with salt, pepper, add macaroni, oregano and olives. Whip
whites and fold into mixture. bake in greased oven dish 180C/350F for about
30 minutes. The mixture should be dry but slightly soft in the center.
