20 | Fresh asparagus | |
Zest of a lemon | ||
1 | Juice of a lemon | |
1 | Carrot, finely julienned | |
Fresh ground black pepper | ||
Salt, a dash | ||
3 | tb | Butter |
Trim asparagus stalks and finely julien some carrot. Heat butter in skillet. Medium high heat. Add asparagus and carrot. Mix with butter. Sprinkle a dash of salt on the asparagus. Add lemon juice and zest. Mix together. Pepper wildly - to taste.
