2 5/8cAll purpose flour
3/8cWheat bran
1 1/2tsSalt
3tbSugar
1 1/2tbButter
1 1/2tbDry milk
1 1/2tsDry yeast (BREAD)
2tsDry yeast (BREAD RAPID)

Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf. Place ingredients in pan according to manufacturer's

directions. (Hitachi wants liquids, flour, then yeast) Place pan in machine, press start.

**NOTE** Fry the wheat bran in a pan a 320F until they brown slightly (about 10 minutes) then allow to cool before they are used.
