Title: Tomato & Cucumber Relish

Yield: 1 Batch
| 1 | lg | Tomato, seeded and chopped (about 1 c) |
| 1 | md | Cucumber, seeded and chopped (about 1 c) |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped red onion |
| 3 | tb | Bottled lemon juice |
| 1 | md | Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped |
| 1 | tb | Granulated sugar |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve slighlty chilled or at room temperature with grilled chicken.
