2 | md | Tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 c) |
1/2 | c | Sliced green onions |
1/4 | c | Bottled lemon juice |
1 | md | Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped |
2 | | Garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 | md | Ripe avocado, chopped |
2 | tb | Chopped cilantro |
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, green onion, lemon juice, jalapeno
pepper and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Add avocado
and cilantro just before serving. Serve slightly chilled or at room
temperature with grilled chicken.
