1	lg	Head of Iceberg Lettuce
1	lg	Pkg Cream Cheese - softened
4	tb	Grated carrot
2	tb	Chopped red bell pepper
1/4	ts	Salt
2	ts	Minced onion
2	tb	Mayonnaise
		Lettuce from cutting out of bowl

Remove center from lettuce leaving a shell (bowl). Mince the center lettuce you have just cut out with all other ingredients. Pack firmly into the lettuce bowl. Wrap tightly in waxed paper.

Chill for several hours or overnight.

Cut head of lettuce into wedges and serve with French Dressing
