Title: Almond Triangles

Yield: 3 To 4 dozen
1/2 | c | Butter; softened |
1 | c | Sugar |
6 | tb | Heavy cream |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Chopped almonds |
1. Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in cream and 2 eggs. Add flour and salt; mix well. Wrap dough and refrigerate overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease cookie sheets; set aside. Beat remianing egg slightly.
3. Roll dough out to desired thickness (1/4"); cut into triangles. Brush with egg; sprinkle with almonds.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from sheets while still warm.
