Title: Minted Cantaloup and Blueberries

1/2cSugar
1cWater
2tbMint -- crushed
1cBlueberries
2cCantaloupe Balls -- about 1
1/2 Melons
  Sprig Mint -- for garnish

Combine sugar, water and crushed mint in saucepan. Boil for 3 min. Strain and chill. Add blueberries and cantaloupe balls to syrup. Serve either as a salad or with whipped topping for dessert.

Serves 3 - 4
