Title: Chocolate Bread Pudding 2

3 | tb | Cocoa powder |
1/2 | c | 2% low-fat milk |
1 | Egg; slightly beaten | |
1/4 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | sl | Bread; cubed |
Combine drink powder and milk in 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on High, uncovered, 60 to 75 seconds. Mixture should be steaming hot. Beat in egg until blended. Stir in vanilla. Divide between two 6 ounce custard cups. Pour half of milk mixture into each. Microwave at 70% (medium-high) uncovered 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until puffed and mixture is set. Rotate cups once during cooking, if necessary. Serve warm or cold. Serves 2.
