1/2 | Melon; sliced | |
1 | c | Strawberries; sliced |
1 | c | Pineapple; sliced |
1 | Apple; sliced | |
1 | Banana; sliced |
Slice pieces of melon, strawberries, pineapple, apple and banana (or whatever you like that's in season) on to small metal or bamboo skewers.
Note: dip fruits that will brown, like apple or banana, in orange or lemon juice to prevent browning.
