1	c	Plain yoghurt
1/4	c	Cucumber; shredded; drained
1		Garlic clove; crushed
2	ts	Olive oil
1/4	ts	Salt
1/4	ts	Pepper

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and chill thoroughly.
