Title: Dilled Zucchini
Categories: Healthwise Side Zucchini
Yield: 6 Servings

3mdZucchini; halved lengthwise
1tbButter or margarine; melted
1/4tsDill weed
  Salt and pepper; optional

Place zucchini in a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil over Medium heat. Cook until tender, about 12-14 minutes. Drain; brush with butter. Sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper, if desired. Yield: 6 servings. Per serving prepared with margarine and no salt: 1/2 vegetable, 1/2 fat, 28 calories, 25 mg. cholesterol, 25 mg. sodium, 0 cholesterol, 2 gr. carbohydrate, 1 gram protein, 2 grams fat.
