Title: Norwegian Apple Pie

2 | c | Apple; skinned & diced |
1 | c | Chopped nuts; optional |
1 | c | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | Eggs | |
Vanilla | ||
Cinnamon |
Mix all ingredients together.
Butter & lightly cinnamon sprinkle 2 9-inch pie pans.
Fold in batter. Sprinkle cinnamon on top
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Will look moist when done.
