Title: The Best Sugar Cookies

1 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Powdered sugar |
Granulated sugar | ||
2 | lg | Eggs |
1 | c | Oil |
2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 | ts | Cream of tartar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
5 | c | Flour |
1) Cream butter with powdered sugar and 1 cup granulated sugar. Beat in eggs until smooth. Slowly stir in oil, vanilla, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and flour.
2) Chill dough for easy handling.
3) Shape into walnut sized balls. Dip in remaining granulated sugar. Place on baking sheet and press down.
