Title: Homemade Crackers

Yield: 1 Servings
3 | c | Oatmeal; uncooked |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Wheat germ |
3 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | c | Oil |
1 | c | Water |
Mix ingredients and roll out onto two cookie sheets. Sprinkle with salt, lightly roll again to press salt in. Cut into squares or diamonds. ( a pizza cutter is good for this) Bake at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes begin checking. The outer ones are usually ready first. Remove crackers as they turn golden brown and hard.
Optional: Add a few tablespoons of either poppy or sesame seeds.
