Title: Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes with Lemon Scented Honey

2 | c | Bisquick® baking mix |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | tb | Poppy seeds |
2 | ts | Grated lemon peel |
2 | ts | Fresh lemon juice |
2 | Eggs | |
Syrup | ||
1 | c | Honey |
1/2 | Lemon; thinly sliced |
Beat all ingredients just till blended. Heat griddle and grease if necessary Make pancakes, keeping warm in low oven till finished. Honey Syrup: Heat honey and lemon slices in a 1 quart saucepan till hot. Remove lemon and drizzle over buttered pancakes.
