Title: Zesty Corn in the Skillet

Yield: 4 Servings

1lbBulk pork sausage; crumbled
1mdClove garlic; minced
1smOnion; finely chopped
1/2mdGreen pepper; coarsely chopped
1cn(16 oz.) whole kernel corn; drained
2lgTomatoes; cut in small
  ; pieces, don't
  ; lose liquid
1/2cZucchini; chopped unpeeled
1tsChili powder
1/4tsPepper

Saute' sausage, garlic, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is browned, stirring to cook evenly. Remove from heat and carefully drain off fat. Stir in corn, tomatoes, zucchini, chili powder and pepper. Return to heat. Cover and gently cook on low heat until thoroughly heated, about 15 mintues.
