Title: Mesquite Tortilla Chips

10 | 7 inch flour tortillas | |
Nonstick cooking spray | ||
1/2 | ts | Mesquite seasoning |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
Cut stack of tortillas into six wedges. Place half of the wedges in a single layer on two large ungreased baking sheets. (Keep remaining wedges covered. ) Spray tortillas with nonstick coating. Combine mesquite seasoning and garlic powder; sprinkle half of the mixture lightly over wedges. Bake in a 350 oven about 10-12 minutes, or till crisp and lightly browned. Cool. Repeat with remaining wedges. Store in airtight container. Makes 60 chips.
