Title: Mincemeat Spice Cake with Egg Nog Topping

1 | 18.25 oz pkg favorite spice cake mix | |
1 1/4 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Vegetable oil |
3 | Eggs | |
1 | 9 oz pkg none such® condensed mincemeat, finely crumbled | |
1/2 | c | Egg nog |
1 | 1.3 oz pkg whipped topping mix |
In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs; beat on medium-high speed 2 minutes. Stir in mincemeat. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted or tube pan. Bake at 350° F 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. In a small mixer bowl, combine egg nog and topping mix; beat on high speed 4 minutes or until soft peaks form. Serve topping over cake slices. Refrigerate leftover topping.
