Title: Zucchini Muffins

3 Eggs
1 1/3cSugar
1/2cVegetable oil
1/2cOrange juice
1tsAlmond extract
2 1/2cFlour
2tsCinnamon
2tsBaking powder
1tsSalt
1/2tsGround cloves
1tsBaking soda
1 1/2cShredded zucchini

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice and almond extract. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, cloves and soda; add to the egg mixture and mix well.
