Title: Zucchini Muffins

1 1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
1 | ts | Almond extract |
2 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Ground cloves |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1 1/2 | c | Shredded zucchini |
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice and almond extract.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, cloves and soda; add to the
egg mixture and mix well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 350 for 20
