Title: Sausage Apple Stuffing for Roast Turkey

1/4lbBulk pork sausage
1/3cChopped onion
1/3cChopped celery
6cDry bread cubes
1tbFinely chopped fresh parsley
3/4tsAccent* flavor enhancer
3/4tsSalt
1 1/2tsPoultry seasoning
1/8tsPepper
3tbButter; melted
1/3cWater
1 1/2cChopped peeled apples
1/2cRaisins

In small skillet, brown pork sausage with onion and celery. Do not drain. In large bowl, combine bread,cubes, parsley, accent Flavor Enhancer, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and butter, mix well. Stir in water, apples, raisins and sausage mixture including drippings. Prepare Turkey as directed. Just before roasting, spoon stuffing into turkey; do not pack tightly.
