Title: My Ranch Style Beans

Yield: 6 Servings
1 1/2 | c | Pinto beans cooked until half done |
1/2 | ts | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Tomato sauce |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt or to taste |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
2 | ts | Wine vinegar |
1 | ts | Chili powder and cumin each |
1/4 | ts | Pepper or to taste |
1 | ts | Onion powder |
2 | Cloves garlic (optional); minced | |
1/4 | ts | Laury hot and spicy seasoning |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne or to taste |
Cook beans until about half way done, pour off most of the broth and set aside. . Add the rest of the ingredients and cook slowly until the beans are tender. Watch carefully and add more broth as needed. Thickness will depend on you. Taste as you go as you may want more spices to suit your taste.
