Title: Coffee Ice Cream Smoothie

1/2 | c | Espresso coffee; chilled |
1 | tb | Drambuie; optional |
2 | Scoops nonfat vanilla ice cream | |
1/2 | c | Skim milk; to taste |
Sugar; to taste |
Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add the ice cream and half the milk, then blend. Add sugar and more milk, to taste.
