Title: Coffee Ice Cream Smoothie

Yield: 2 Servings

1/2cEspresso coffee; chilled
1tbDrambuie; optional
2 Scoops nonfat vanilla ice cream
1/2cSkim milk; to taste
  Sugar; to taste

Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add the ice cream and half the milk, then blend. Add sugar and more milk, to taste.
