Title: Hot Artichoke Crostini

1 | French baguette; cut 36 1/4" | |

1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | c | Parmesan; grate |
14 | oz | Can artichoke hearts; drain; chop |
4 1/2 | oz | Can chopped green chilies; drain |
2 | Cloves garlic; mince | |
Garnishes | ||
Green onions; chop | ||
Tomatoes; chop |
Place bread slices on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400~ for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, artichokes, chilies and garlic; spread on bread. Bake at 400~ for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately. Source: Southern Living.
