3/4cShredded parmesan cheese: *
3/4cMayonnaise
15ozCan artichoke hearts; chop
1/3cRed pepper; roasted; chopped
  Or pimento
2 Egg whites
24slFrench bread; thin
  Or cocktail rye bread

* This equals 3 oz. of Sargento Fancy Shredded Parmesan Cheese In bowl, combine mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, cheese and red pepper OR pimentos. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold egg whites into cheese mixture; spoon onto bread slices. Place on baking sheet and broil 4 minutes or until golden brown.
