Title: Hot Artichoke Crostini

Yield: 36 Servings

1 French baguette; cut 36 1/4"
1/2 " slices
1cMayonnaise
1cParmesan; grate
14ozCan artichoke hearts; drain; chop
4 1/2ozCan chopped green chilies; drain
2 Cloves garlic; mince
  Garnishes
  Green onions; chop
  Tomatoes; chop

Place bread slices on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400~ for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, artichokes, chilies and garlic; spread on bread. Bake at 400~ for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately. Source: Southern Living.
