Title: Salmon Cakes with Fresh Breadcrumbs

2 | lg | Egg whites |
14 | oz | Can salmon; drained, bones removed |
1 | c | Fresh bread crumbs |
1/4 | c | Minced scallions |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | ts | Chopped fresh dill |
Salt and pepper to taste |
OVEN: 400 Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Beat egg whites with a fork in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Shape into (eight) 1/2-inch thick patties. Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.
