Title: Tuna Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

1/3cMargarine
3tbCorn starch
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
3cMilk
1 Onion; chopped
2cn(7 oz. each) tuna; drained and flaked
1pk(8 oz.) elbow macaroni; cooked and drained
1pk(10 oz.) frozen peas; thawed
1cShredded cheddar cheese

In saucepan melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in corn starch, salt and pepper until smooth. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute; add onion. Place remaining ingredients in greasd 2 quart casserole. Stir in corn starch mixture. Bake in 350 oven 25 minutes or until heated. Makes 6 servings.
