Title: Tuna Casserole

1/3 | c | Margarine |
3 | tb | Corn starch |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
3 | c | Milk |
1 | Onion; chopped | |
2 | cn | (7 oz. each) tuna; drained and flaked |
1 | pk | (8 oz.) elbow macaroni; cooked and drained |
1 | pk | (10 oz.) frozen peas; thawed |
1 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
In saucepan melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in corn starch, salt and pepper until smooth. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk until smooth. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute; add onion. Place remaining ingredients in greasd 2 quart casserole. Stir in corn starch mixture. Bake in 350 oven 25 minutes or until heated. Makes 6 servings.
