Title: Turkey Taco Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Lean ground turkey |
1 | cn | (4.5 oz.) mild green chilies, drained |
1/2 | pk | (4.5 oz.) taco seasoning mix |
1/4 | c | Water |
2 | c | Shredded lettuce |
2 | Tomatoes; chopped | |
1/2 | c | Shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 | Bag (8 oz.) baked tortilla chips |
Saute turkey in large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring with fork to break up clumps. Drain any fat from skillet. Stir in chilies, seasoning mix and water; cook over high heat until liquid is evaporated.
To serve: Divide meat mixture among plates. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with chips.
