Pour espresso into 12-ounce glass filled with ice. Add syrups and milk and stir. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, shaved chocolate and garnish with cherry. Makes 1 serving.
Per serving: 294 calories, 17 grams fat (53 percent fat from calories), 54 milligrams cholesterol, 9 grams protein, 28 grams carbohydrate, 143 milligrams sodium.
