1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Mild vinegar |
2 | tb | Butter |
1 | tb | Cornstarch |
3 | c | Cooked diced beets |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add vinegar and water. Cook until thick. Add salt and butter. Add beats. Heat until just hot.
