Title: Hot Shrimp Dip

2 | lb | Cream cheese |
8 | oz | Shrimp; 150 - 200 count, |
; raw | ||
1/2 | c | Yellow onion; finely chopped |
1/2 | c | Tomato; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Garlic juice |
Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double boiler) for 1 hour.
Best served with large dipping Fritos.
Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
