1/4 | c | Nonfat sour cream |
1 | tb | Skim milk |
10 | Stalks celery |
Combine cheese, sour cream and milk in a ramekin or small bowl suitable for dipping. Wash and cut celery stalks into 6-inch pieces. Place dip bowl on a serving platter surrounded by celery sticks. Per serving: 75 calories, 5 g protein, 2 g fat. Jo Merrill-personal files
