Title: Crunchy Swiss and Ham Appetizers

Yield: 90 Servings
2 | c | Mashed potatoes |
=(use very stiff mashed potatoes) | ||
2 | c | Cooked ham; finely chopped |
4 | oz | Swiss cheese; shredded |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/4 | c | Minced onions |
1 | Egg; well beaten | |
1 | ts | Mustard |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
3 1/2 | c | Corn flake crumbs; crushed |
Combine all ingredients except corn flake crumbs; chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve while still hot. Makes about 8 dozen appetizers. From The Best Of Country Cooking. Jo Merrill
