Title: Garbanzo and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

16ozCan garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
7ozRoasted red peppers; rinsed and drained
1/2cYogurt
1smClove garlic; chopped
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
