Title: Garbanzo and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

16 | oz | Can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained |
7 | oz | Roasted red peppers; rinsed and drained |
1/2 | c | Yogurt |
1 | sm | Clove garlic; chopped |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
