Title: Easy Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

1 | lb | Chicken strips |
1 | pk | (21 oz.) teriyaki stir-fry frozen ----vegetable combination |
1 1/3 | c | French fried onions |
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in nonstick skillet; stir fry chicken until thawed, 5 minutes.
Add vegetables; stir-fry until crisp-tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet, cook until crisp tender. Stir in contents of sauce packet; cook until hot.
Microwave french fried onions 1 minute. Sprinkle over stir-fry. Serve warm.
NOTES : 4 cups frozen vegetables and 3/4 cup teriyaki stir-fry sauce can be substituted for teriyaki stir-fry frozen vegetable combination. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #5
