Title: Saucy Italian Zucchini

Yield: 6 Servings

3mdZucchini; thinly sliced
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/8tsItalian seasoning; oregano, or basil
1tbButter or margarine
8ozCan tomato sauce
1cShredded mozzarella cheese or
1/4cGrated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
