Title: Saucy Italian Zucchini

3 | md | Zucchini; thinly sliced |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
8 | oz | Can tomato sauce |
1 | c | Shredded mozzarella cheese or |
1/4 | c | Grated parmesan cheese |
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
