Title: Orange Pecan Salad

2 | Oranges; peeled & sectioned | |
1 | bn | Leaf lettuce; torn |
1/4 | c | Pecans; halves, toasted |
1/2 | c | Yogurt with fruit; nonfat, peach |
; flavor | ||
3 | tb | Low-fat mayonnaise |
Can substitute 1 can Mandarine oranges, drained, for each 2 oranges.
Toss oranges, lettuce and pecans in a large salad bowl; set aside. Combine yogurt and mayonnaise and pour over salad just before serving.
