Title: Pear Salsa

2tbVegetable oil
1mdOnion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped fine
1lgGarlic clove; chopped fine
2tbFinely chopped parsley
1tbLemon juice
1/2tsSalt
1tbChopped fresh oregano or
1tsDried oregano
1tbChopped fresh basil or
1tsDried basil
1/2tsTabasco sauce
2mdTomatoes; seeded and chopped
  Coarse
2 Pears; peeled & chopped (2
  ; (up to 3))

Heat oil in medium frypan. Saute onion until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add green pepper, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, oregano, basil and Tobasco sauce; cook 2 minutes.
