Title: Light Alfredo Pasta

1 | Garlic clove;, minced | |
2 | ts | Vegetable oil |
2 | c | Skim milk |
1 | c | Chicken broth |
3 | tb | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Coarse black pepper |
1/2 | c | Grated parmesan cheese |

1 | lb | Penne or other pasta |
16 | oz | Broccoli florets |
Cook onion, and garlic clove in vegetable oil over medium heat until
golden. Mix skim milk, chicken broth, flour, salt and pepper; stir into
onion mixture until thickened. Stir in cheese. After pasta has cooked 9
