Title: Shrimp Fra Diavolo Pasta

2 | Garlic cloves;, minced | |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | cn | (28-oz.) plum tomatoes in puree |
3/4 | lb | Cleaned medium shrimp |

1 | lb | Penne or other pasta |
Cook garlic cloves, salt and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat, 30
seconds. Add tomatoes in puree, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in
shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout. Typed by
