Title: Hungarian Cucumber Salad

3 | Cucumbers; thinly sliced | |
1 | c | Sugar |
Salt | ||
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
Sour cream ( optional ) | ||
1 | ts | Paprika |
Black pepper; to taste | ||
1 | Onion thinly sliced |
1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar. Add onions. 2 . Let stand overnight in the fridge. 3. Squeeze out all the liquid. 4. Add vinegar, pepper. 5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream. Miriam Podcameni Posvolsky Rio de Janeiro, Brasil
