2 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Vegetable oil |
1 | tb | Vanilla |
2 | c | Self-rising flour; unsifted |
2 | md | Apples; chopped |
3 | Whole eggs | |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
Beat eggs, add sugar oil and flavoring. Sdd flour 1 cup at a time. Add apples and pecans. Bake in bunt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
