Title: Chicken a la King (Lf)

4 | tb | Flour |
1 1/2 | c | Defatted chicken broth |
1 | c | Cubed cooked chicken breast |
1 | c | Sweated mushrooms |
1/4 | c | Chopped pimento OR |
1/4 | c | Sweated red bell pepper |
1 | ts | Nature's Seasonings |
1 | ts | Dry sherry (optional) |
1 | tb | Chopped parsley |
Brown flour in a skillet sprayed with oil until very pale golden color. Add broth, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Add chicken, mushrooms, pimento, seasonings, and sherry and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
