Title: Tvp Hamburger Pie

1 | lg | Onion. diced |
3 | tb | Butter |
1 | tb | Minced garlic |
2 | tb | Parsley, dried |
1 | tb | Basil, dried |
1 | ts | Thyme, dried |
1/2 | c | Water |
12 | oz | Pkg green Giant Harvest |
Burger, TVP | ||
6 | oz | Can tomato paste |
1 | c | Frozen corn |
3 | c | Mashed potatoes, could use |

In a large skillet over medium heat melt the butter. Saute the diced oinion and after about a minute stir in the minced garlic and the dried herbs and seasoning. Continue to saute until onions are translucent about 6 minutes more. Stir in the 1/2 cup water and stir until water is absorbed into the TVP. Mix in the tomato paste and corn. Stir well until TVP is evenly coated.
Remove from heat and pour into a casserole dish. Top with the mashed potatoes. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven until potatoes are brown and mixture is bubbling hot about 45 minutes.
